The Arcadia Titans were hammered 11-1 Tuesday by the host Queen Creek Bulldogs and their ace Matt Schmitt.

Schmitt pitched a complete-game two-hitter to lead the Bulldogs (5-1). The senior pitcher also contributed on offense, sending a home run over the fence in the third inning.

The Titans (2-3) put their only run of the game on the board in the fifth. Jake MacWilliam broke up the no-hitter with a bunt single. He later scored on a single by pinch-hitter Tommy Berridge.

After starting the season 2-0, the Titans have dropped three straight. The team looks to end the streak at Apache Junction on Thursday.
