Columnists - The Ledger Guy
Written by Dale Messmer, Editor/Publisher

Change isn’t inherently bad, just often very scary. Which is why we're relying on readers to calm fears about the new look of The Ledger, since much of what we added came at their request.

Like the new search engine. Put in the name of your team and you can quickly find stories about them.

Like the new menus that give you news by sport. Those were two big requests from regular readers and newcomers alike.

We’ve kept the stuff people tell us they like. Big photos. Photo galleries, now called Slideshows.

We’ve added some things we’ve always wanted, too. Try the new Concentration game (click here). I’ve always liked Concentration. Email me your best time. Or just let me know what you think ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ).

Of course, the search function only works for stuff in the new database, which will eventually include everything from March 1, 2009 on.

That doesn’t mean your favorite content from The Ledger is gone, though. Everything we’ve ever published is still available in The Ledger Archive. Click here!

As always, I’ll be glad to help you find something or answer your questions. Email, or call 602-377-3713.

And thanks for reading The Ledger.
