  • Softball To Host Walk-On Tryouts This September
    The Sun Devil Softball team is gearing up for another year of action as they look to build on their success of the 2010 season. The Sun Devils will hold Walk-On Tryouts on September 15-16 to fill out the remaining fall roster spots before starting their fall season.

  • Softball's Diamond Devils to Host Season Opening Meeting
    ASU Softball is proud to announce our 6th season of the Diamond Devil's Booster Club. We are a group of fans wanting to support and bring greater awareness to ASU Women's Softball program. Last season, our team made their 5th consecutive trip to the NCAA Super Regional's. Come join the excitement as our guest at the opening season meeting to be held on Tuesday, August 17th 6:00 pm at Nello's Pizza. Nello's is located at 1806 East Southern Avenue, Tempe. Snacks will be provided.

    In only three games played, future Sun Devil hurler, Dallas Escobedo has made a name for herself at the 2010 Pan American Games helping to combine for a no-hitter against Columbia and a one-hitter against Argentina.

    Five years ago, This Day In ASU History would go down as a landmark as Lisa Love made her first hiring as ASU's Athletic Director, bringing in former ASU baseball player, Clint Myers to fill the vacancy left in the ASU Softball program's coaching staff after Linda Wells retired after 16 years of service.
