Once again, the Xavier/Brophy swim team outperformed their competition. They took on the Dobson High Mustangs Friday at Brophy East Swim Complex.

The Xavier swimmers  took first in every event and placing first through fourth in six out of the 11 events. The seniors were phenomenal, with Haley Krakoski, Anna Pavelonis, Alyssa Rollando and Elizabeth Keenan swimming well. Other top swimmers were sophomore Talie Anchustegui and junior Kayra Zsiga. Xavier beat Dobson 162- 24.

The Brophy Broncos were on top of their game as well, also taking first place in every event in beating Dobson 138-47. The Broncos swept the 500-yard freestyle relay.

Top swimmers for the Broncos were seniors John Wojciechowski and Danny Hatfield and juniors Brian Stevens and Wesley Elford.
