Billy Pecor of Scottsdale started 2010 where he wanted to be – in the final of a major junior tennis tournament. Pecor, the 23^rd seed, had several chances to break serve early in the 18u boys singles title match of the USTA Winter National Championships Friday morning before falling to Daniel Kosakowski of Downey, Calif., 6-2, 7-6 (7-4) at Scottsdale Ranch Park.
