Freshman Sam Parlich has made two starts for ASU, and in both she threw a two-hit shutout.

Parlich got her second win Sunday as the Sun Devils (9-2) beat Rutgers 14-0 in five innings as Farrington Stadium to wrap up the title of the Littlewood Classic. Parlich had a no-hitter through four innings. She finished with two strikeouts.

Ashley Muenz hit a three-run homer to spark a 13-run rally in the third inning.

Dani Rae Lougheed of Scottsdale Christian went 2-for-3, scoring a run and drving in one. Katleyn Boyd (Horizon) went 1-for-2 and scored a run.

Annie Lockwood (Paradise Valley) was 1-for-1 with a run scored and two driven in, and Lacy Goodman (Red Mountain) was 1-for-1 with two runs scored and an RBI.
